Artwork Guidelines

Important

• Please list all corporate colours where a colour match is necessary. All spot colours & tints must be expressed as Pantone references and matched to a pantone colour bridge book. Unless you specify a colour match (e.g. pantone reference) or provide a hard copy colour match we cannot guarantee colour production.
• All artwork must be presented as CMYK. All images must be converted to CMYK.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or embedded within the pdf.
• Please note we do not proof artwork, please ensure you check the size of the product(s) you have ordered before you supply your artwork.

Formats

PDFs
We require a CMYK press-ready PDF created with Acrobat Distiller. PDFs created through Quark or InDesign can be used but can sometimes prove problematic.

We DO NOT accept:
Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Pagemaker, Coral Draw or any other artwork formats which aren’t specified above. Where possible please convert to a pdf. Any time spent converting supplied files into a format we can use or changes to artwork supplied at an incorrect size will be chargeable and costs will be advised before any work is carried out.

Artwork sizes & setup

• All artwork should be supplied with a minimum 5mm bleed on all edges where required.
• General size for digital output is 25% or quarter the finished size. E.g. a bannerstand at a finished size of 800x2350mm can be supplied at 200x587.5mm. Please ensure all rasterised images are 300dpi at 25% before you create your pdfs.
• Fully vectorised artwork can be output from any size.
• Please check the size of the product(s) you have ordered before you supply your artwork.
